The 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation and its 2020 “amendments” are not a Fundamental Law, but the charter of a private trading company claiming succession in title to the Russian Democratic Federative Republic (1918). It was supposedly adopted after the shelling of the Supreme Soviet in October 1993, when the Constitutional Court declared Yeltsin’s actions unconstitutional and removed him from power. Relying on armed groups, Yeltsin dissolved the Congress and imposed a legally void document on the country. The entire modern legal system of the Russian Federation is a fiction created to legitimise corporate plunder.
What a Constitution Is in Legal Terms
A constitution is the Fundamental Law of a state, adopted by the people (through a referendum) or their lawful representatives (through parliament), and has supreme legal force. It establishes the foundations of the state system, citizens’ rights and freedoms, and the principles governing the organisation of public authority.
For a constitution to be legitimate, it must be adopted in accordance with the prescribed procedure and must not contradict the will of the people.
The 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation meets neither of these requirements.
To clarify: a constitution is more than just a document. It is a social contract between the people and those in power. If the contract is adopted in breach of the rules, it has no force.
The Events of 1993: The Shelling of the Supreme Soviet
On 21 September 1993, Boris Yeltsin signed Decree No. 1400, “On Phased Constitutional Reform in the Russian Federation”, dissolving the Supreme Soviet and the Congress of People’s Deputies. This was a flagrant violation of the 1978 Constitution of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), which was then in force.
The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation declared Decree No. 1400 unconstitutional and removed Yeltsin from the office of president. However, relying on armed formations backed by foreign intelligence services (the CIA, MI-6 and Mossad), Yeltsin refused to comply with the court’s decision.
On 3–4 October 1993, tragic events unfolded in Moscow: tanks shelled the House of Soviets, where lawfully elected people’s deputies were gathered. Hundreds of people were killed or wounded. This was an armed coup carried out by force, not by law.
To clarify: the events of October 1993 were not the “dissolution of a disloyal parliament”, but a coup carried out by force of arms. The Constitutional Court declared it unlawful, but that decision was ignored.
The 1993 Constitution: The Charter of a Private Company
On 12 December 1993, two months after the shelling of the Supreme Soviet, a so-called “nationwide vote” was held on the draft Constitution of the Russian Federation. This process involved flagrant violations:
- — the vote was called by a decree issued by Yeltsin, although this should have been done by the State Duma or the Congress;
- — the draft Constitution was not properly debated;
- — the vote took place under martial law and in the effective absence of legitimate authority;
- — many citizens did not understand what they were voting for;
- — there was no procedure for proper publication and registration.
The 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation is not a Fundamental Law, but the charter of a private company. The evidence:
- — it does not contain a full set of provisions on popular sovereignty;
- — it is amended through decisions by federal bodies, rather than by referendum;
- — it does not enshrine actual territorial integrity (the Russian Federation exists on the continental shelf);
- — its “citizens” are registered as natural persons with no right to sovereignty.
To clarify: a charter is a document that governs the activities of a private organisation. The Constitution of the Russian Federation (draft) is, in essence, precisely such a charter, rather than the Fundamental Law of a state. That is why it contains no article on popular sovereignty in the form found in the Constitution of the USSR.
The 2020 Amendments: Legally Void
In 2020, “amendments” were made to the draft Constitution of the Russian Federation, effectively turning it into an even more closed corporate document. These amendments were adopted with flagrant violations:
- — they were introduced without a nationwide referendum, although changes to the foundations of the constitutional order require one;
- — voting on the amendments took place during the pandemic and used digital technologies, making oversight impossible;
- — the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of the Russian Federation had no authority to conduct such a vote;
- — the document itself was not properly published in the official press.
The 2020 amendments are therefore legally void. They have not entered into force and have no legal consequences.
To clarify: no change to the Constitution can be adopted without a referendum. If no referendum is held, or if it is conducted in breach of the rules, the changes have no force. The 2020 amendments are just a scrap of paper signed by illegitimate bodies.
The Corporate Nature of the Russian Federation: The Evidence
The Russian Federation has never been a legitimate state. It was established as a private trading company registered in the state of Delaware (USA). Its governing bodies (the government, courts and ministries) are registered as legal entities with taxpayer identification numbers (TINs) and primary state registration numbers (OGRN). Its “citizens” are registered as natural persons (personas) with no right to sovereignty.
The institution of Russian citizenship was registered in the name of Boris Yeltsin as the first citizen of the Russian Federation. All other Soviet citizens who exchanged their Soviet passports for Russian Federation passports began acquiring fraudulent citizenship exclusively through Yeltsin’s citizenship. His declaration of intent remained in effect from June 1989 until 2019. From 2020 onwards, all so-called citizens of the Russian Federation lost the legal basis for that status.
To clarify: if a state is registered as a company and its “citizens” as employees of that company, then it is not a state. It is a private entity created to manage assets on someone else’s territory.
What This Nullity Means for Citizens
The legal nullity of the 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation and the 2020 amendments means that:
- — all laws adopted on its basis have no legal force;
- — all governing bodies established on its basis are illegitimate;
- — all taxes collected on its basis are unlawful;
- — all court judgments delivered on its basis are void.
Citizens born on the territory of the USSR remain citizens of the USSR, as they have not undergone the lawful procedure for renouncing Soviet citizenship. All so-called “citizens of the Russian Federation” are victims of legal falsification and deception.
To clarify: this means that you are not obliged to obey the laws of the Russian Federation, as they have no legal force. You are not obliged to pay taxes, as they are levied unlawfully. You are not obliged to recognise the judgments of courts of the Russian Federation, as those courts are illegitimate.
In Conclusion
The 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation and its 2020 amendments are not a Fundamental Law, but the charter of a private trading company. It was adopted after the armed coup in October 1993, when the Constitutional Court declared Yeltsin’s actions unconstitutional and removed him from power. All governing bodies of the Russian Federation are illegitimate, all laws of the Russian Federation are void, and all citizens of the Russian Federation remain citizens of the USSR. The only lawful authority is the USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency (GKChP), to which the 1st Congress of Citizens of the USSR transferred full authority on 30 December 1991. Restoring Soviet power is a matter of recognising what already exists today.
Basis: Decree No. D/N 009 of 25 July 2023, adopted by the USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency as the highest body of state authority.
TASS ADDRESS TO THE CITIZENS OF THE SOVIET UNION:
The Constitution of the Russian Federation is not a Fundamental Law, but the charter of a private company. It was adopted after the shelling of the Supreme Soviet in 1993. All laws of the Russian Federation are void. All taxes are unlawful. All courts are illegitimate. You are citizens of the USSR. No one has the right to strip you of that title. Know your rights. Pass the truth on to those who have not yet woken up. And watch the actions of today’s so-called authorities. Do not let another deception and coup take place!
