I. The source: ‘yes’ and ‘no’

‘But let your word be: yes, yes; no, no; whatever goes beyond this comes from the evil one’ (Matthew 5:37).

This is the source. Everything else is a superstructure. And chief among these superstructures is acceptance that you never gave.

Natural law speaks plainly: ‘what is mine is mine’, ‘without my consent, it is not permitted’, ‘if I said no, I meant no’. It needs no confirmation, registration or notarisation. It operates from within — through voluntary recognition.

Positive law — what is written in legislation — regulates from outside, through coercion. It does not abolish natural law; it builds a superstructure over it. And this is where the system found a trick.

II. The trick: how substance is substituted for form and acceptance obtained by deception

The system did not deny the source. It took a different approach — surrounding it with conditions, qualifications, additions and secondary circumstances that negate the original one. It twisted everything to its own advantage. This is a lie intended to subjugate and plunder. Natural law operates directly: if you took it, it is yours; if you gave no permission, it is not permitted. But place a form, a signature, registration or a procedure between direct action and its result, and the straight becomes crooked. You did not hand it over — you signed. You did not give permission — you agreed in advance. You did not pay twice — you simply overlooked a clause in the small print.

Acceptance given in advance is a way to obtain your consent once and use it endlessly. The system rests not on a person having said ‘yes’. It rests on a person not having said ‘no’ — because they were deceived. Remove the form, and the source will operate directly again. Acceptance obtained by deception has no force.

A note is the same kind of offer, only involving money. Every banknote is an obligation that you are being invited to accept. By taking it, you give your acceptance. The chain of debt rests on these acts of acceptance.

III. The Bank of Russia note: a dying anachronism

Under Article 30 of Federal Law No. 86-ФЗ, Bank of Russia banknotes and coins are unconditional obligations of the Bank of Russia and are backed by all its assets.

Consider that wording carefully. Not ‘money’, not ‘currency’, not a ‘means of payment’, but obligations. IOUs. Bills of exchange issued by a bank.

When you accept a banknote, you accept the bank’s obligation. When you pay with a banknote, you pass that obligation on. The system is built on a chain of debt. Every noteholder is a link in that chain. And every acceptance given by default tightens the chain further.

Now for the main point. A Bank of Russia note is not sovereign money. It is a domestic means of payment, ‘legal’ only within the ‘territory’ of the Russian Federation. It does not appear on international balance sheets, is not freely convertible and is not a currency in the international sense. Think of Monopoly: play money works only within the game. Outside the game, it is just paper.

Try paying with a Bank of Russia note in any other country in the world. In some places, they will exchange it at the prevailing rate. In others, they will accept it by private agreement. But nowhere is it legal tender. No state is obliged to accept it.

Viewed in terms of the future of financial relations, the Bank of Russia note is a weak, dying anachronism. Basing long-term forecasts on the stability of Bank of Russia notes is, to put it mildly, utopian. Deposits held in Bank of Russia notes inevitably lose value. Inflation, devaluation and negative real interest rates are no accident; they are tools that shift losses onto the noteholder.

Sovereign money is produced by a treasury. A treasury note is an obligation of the state. A banknote is an obligation of a corporation. The difference is fundamental. And as long as the noteholder fails to understand that difference, they remain a link in a chain of debt that can be broken.

A banknote takes the place of money. An offer takes the place of legality. Notices and directives from a state body are a different matter: they require no acceptance — they are not offers. They have retroactive force and meaning in their own right. The response to them — or its absence — shows whether there are lawful grounds for a challenge. None were found — yet another substitution for legality in a succession of others.

IV. Notification letters: received — unchallenged — awaiting legal consequences

Between April 2023 and June 2026, a state body — the USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency (GKChP) — sent notices, decrees, resolutions, rulings and directives concerning the nullity of acts, the absence of obligations and the non-recognition of jurisdiction. The recipients were the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the Government Executive Office of the Russian Federation, the State Duma, the Federation Council, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Central Bank, ministries and agencies, regional heads, as well as the Union republics and international organisations. They were sent officially, through submission forms for communications, with the outgoing reference number, incoming reference number and date recorded.

More than forty official replies were received. Their wording included: ‘reviewed and noted’, ‘the information has been noted’, ‘the communication has been noted’, ‘we have familiarised ourselves with the information presented’, ‘the attached information has been noted’.

Not one contains an objection on the merits. No refutation of the facts. No challenge to the legal grounds. No counterclaim. No refusal on grounds of competence. No statement that it ‘has no legal basis’, ‘is legally void’, ‘has no consequences’, ‘creates no obligations’ or ‘is inapplicable’. Only an acknowledgement of receipt. No acceptance was expressed, yet it was imputed.

This means the following. The notices were received. No substantive response followed. If the recipient had had grounds for a challenge, they would have presented them. No grounds were found. Therefore, an unchallenged notice takes effect. Legal consequences follow.

For the proceedings that will take place sooner or later, these replies are documentary evidence. They confirm that the recipient knew, the recipient received the documents, and the recipient did not object. Silence is no defence. Silence is acknowledgement. Treating silence as consent is a deception masquerading as legality. No acceptance was expressed, yet it was imputed. The task is to state this plainly.

V. What to do: decline the offer and dismantle acceptance by default

The system rests on distortions. Substitutions, fictions, surrogates, qualifications, additions, inversions. Remove them, and it will return to where it came from.

The procedure is simple: withhold consent where it is sought through deception, and dismantle the fiction where consent has been imputed without your involvement.

Do not give acceptance. Every act of the system is a proposal, not a law. An offer without acceptance has no force. Do not sign. Do not agree. Give no grounds for interpreting your silence as consent.

Dismantle acceptance by default. No one ever gave the purported advance acceptance. It arose by default — because you did not object. This is not consent. It is a fiction that the system itself has imputed to you. The task is to state this plainly: no acceptance was given, no obligations exist, jurisdiction is not recognised. This is a notice from outside, not a request. You prohibit the further transfer of the obligation imposed on you, refuse to be a link in the chain of debt, and reserve your rights without prejudice to yourself or your property. If you do not make this declaration, the fiction remains in force and works against you.

All the world’s troubles rest on tacit consent. Whoever remained silent has already agreed. Whoever failed to object has already signed. That is how distortion works: it does not ask permission — it simply waits for you to remain silent. And you remain silent. Because it seems that a single instance of silence will change nothing. Yet everything is built from precisely these individual instances.

The circle closes: the system imputes consent to you, you remain silent, that consent becomes entrenched, the system acquires a right, and you remain silent again — because now it is already too late. And so it goes round and round, until a person ceases to be a person and becomes a function.

Only one thing can break this circle: an explicit declaration. Not a request, not a complaint, not a rebellion. A declaration. Words spoken plainly and outwardly: this did not happen, this does not exist, this will not happen. What is declared cancels what is imputed. What is spoken destroys what is tacit. One word spoken outwardly is worth more than years of silent endurance. And that says it all.

VI. Why the fiction is doomed

There is no acceptance — the offer creates no obligations. The entire system rests on tacit consent, not on law.

A substitute does not become money through repetition. However many times you call a note money, it remains a note. International balance sheets do not recognise it as money.

A corporation does not become a sovereign by virtue of its size. The Bank of Russia can issue means of payment within its own system, but it cannot issue sovereign money.

VII. Conclusion

Intelligent people seek the truth. Foolish people agree to what is offered. That is the difference.

The fiction involving offers, substitutes and commercial structures has a finite life. Sooner or later, balance is restored. There is no acceptance — the offer is annulled. Substitutes lose their value. Corporate structures are liquidated. What remains is what has real backing and a real issuer. The question is not whether it will collapse, but what to build afterwards.

Acceptance is both “yes” and “no”. The rest comes from the evil one. The task is to return to the source.
